Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media and journalists, including developing and maintaining a relevant media network.
- Support crisis and issue management, including monitoring emerging issues, assessing communication implications, and preparing appropriate communication responses.
- Manage and support internal communication activities in a manufacturing/site environment and engage employees across different levels.
- Develop and coordinate communication materials, including press releases, media statements, talking points, speeches, Q&As, and internal communication content.
- Support corporate communication campaigns, events, media activities, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Gather stakeholder insights and feedback to identify communication needs and improve communication effectiveness.
- Monitor media coverage, stakeholder sentiment, and emerging issues, and identify potential communication risks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, particularly teams at the Cilegon site, to ensure clear, timely, and consistent messaging.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, media databases, reports, monitoring records, and other communication records.
- Support other corporate communication initiatives and projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably working from manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
