PP Mechanical Rotating Technician

Job Description :

• Carry out all routine/non-routine maintenance work related to mechanical rotating equipment, includes regular maintenance patrol, evaluate and take necessary action to fix any mechanical problem or follow up problem found in the previous shift.
• Implement the mechanical field activity to follow the work instruction and procedure correctly to increase productivity and keep production process smoothly.
• Check and identify mechanical rotating equipment problems to specify root cause to achieve equipment rectification correctly.
• Implement safe working practices and good housekeeping at the activity of mechanical maintenance team in accordance the safety and health, environment and Quality Management systems.
• Ensure proper waste handling as an impact of those above activities and make an effort in compliance with relevant environmental law and regulation.
• Directly responsible with a shift contractor who assist him to perform his shift job.
• Ensure clear written and oral communication among operation, other shift team and contractor during performing his job. Record and report immediately any abnormality to the related section/Department during his duty.
• Real commitment towards OHS Management and its implementation, participate in OHS related key activities/ programs within the company.

Requirements :

• Diploma Degree (D3) majoring in mechanical engineering
• Minimum 3 years working experience as mechanical technician/maintenance, especially for rotating equipment
• Highly motivated and eager to learn
• Service oriented
• Has strong basic knowledge of mechanical engineering
• Team-work oriented.

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon
