Job Purpose

The IT On-Site Support Analyst provides day-to-day on-site EUC and IT infrastructure support to end-users at CASS-served sites in Indonesia, under the guidance of the Senior Analyst.

Key responsibilities include:

Day-to-Day Support:
• Resolve walk-up and assigned tickets for EUC, peripherals, printers, and basic connectivity issues.
• Execute MAC and OS / standard application updates on EUC devices.
• Provide first-line support for Microsoft 365 services (account, mailbox, Teams, OneDrive).
• Support EUC management actions in Microsoft Intune (enrolment, compliance follow-up, basic policy assignment).

Hand-and-Feet & Coordination:
• Provide hand-and-feet support for server, network, and security activities at site (cabling, equipment swap, escort).
• Coordinate with Kyndryl and other 3P field engineers on scheduled site visits.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and contribute to site runbooks.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of EUC / desktop / on-site support experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (user-side), basic networking, and printer/peripheral troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Microsoft Intune is preferred.
• Familiar with ITIL incident and request management.
• Willingness to be on-site at office and plant locations and to perform hand-and-feet activities.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia; working-level English sufficient for documentation, ticket handling, and coordination with regional/3P teams.
