Business Development C Sr. Analyst

Chandra Asri is currently expanding its portfolio in the energy sector and incorporating its asset as well as operational infrastructure to supports the expansion plan of the second world-scale integrated petrochemical complex in Indonesia, CAP2.

Responsibilities:

• Advise business development analysts to perform their tasks
• Identify and analyse project opportunities with related stakeholders with moderate supervision
• Conduct a proof-of-concept study to verify the potential of the selected project opportunity to enter the next development phase with moderate supervision
• Conduct a detailed feasibility study of the approved concept to further assess the cost and benefit with more in-depth analysis and accuracy, with moderate supervision
• Conduct end-to-end M&A processes, including deal preparation, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, transaction structuring (acquisition, divestment, carve-out, and joint venture/partnership arrangements), and coordinate cross-functional teams with moderate supervision
• Develop investment proposal (report and presentation) as inputs for management's strategic decision with moderate supervision
• Monitor the project execution of the approved investment proposal based on its approved budget, schedule, and scope of work with moderate supervision

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering 
• Have 6-7 years of experience in business development, project planning & project management, investment banking, consulting, or marketing research
• Have understanding in the petrochemical and its value chain industries is an advantage
• Tech savvy & good analytical thinking
• Proficient in financial modelling and valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable company & precedent transaction multiple analysis)
• Have good English skills, both spoken & written
