One of our key areas of support is for Aster Chemicals & Energy (ACE), a leading chemical and energy solutions provider in Singapore and the Asia Pacific. ACE combines the legacy of Singapore’s first oil refinery with cutting-edge petrochemical operations, jointly owned by Chandra Asri Group and Glencore, one of the world’s largest natural resource companies.
Job Purpose
The Network Management Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for hands-on engineering and operations of LAN, WAN, internet, and voice/UC services in the Indonesia environment. The role executes complex changes, leads L2/L3 incident resolution, and mentors Analysts on network practices.
Key responsibilities
Network Operations:
• Perform fault detection, alerting, and corrective action on LAN/WAN and internet connectivity.
• Monitor availability and performance using network management tools; tune thresholds and baselines.
• Administer and support Move/Add/Change (MAC) on network components.
• Manage network component configuration versioning and golden-config baselines.
• Provide hand-and-feet support for network component deployment when required.
Coordination & Improvement:
• Coordinate / oversee Kyndryl, telco, and other 3P vendors on assigned LAN/WAN/voice activities; validate vendor work products.
• Drive RCA on complex incidents; mentor Analysts and contribute to runbook quality.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on enterprise networking experience covering LAN/WAN, routing, switching, internet, and voice/UC.
• Working knowledge of Cisco / Fortinet / Aruba platforms, SD-WAN, and voice/UC environments (PABX, Teams Phone, or equivalent).
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, NetBrain).
• Familiar with ITIL incident, problem, and change management.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, ITIL v4 Foundation) preferred.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia; working-level English sufficient for documentation, ticket handling, and coordination with regional/3P teams.
