Overview: 

Chandra Asri ASPIRE is a graduate development program designed for fresh graduates who aspire to build a meaningful career in the chemical, energy, and infrastructure industry. Throughout the program, participants gain hands-on experience through cross-functional rotations across Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and Business, contributing to real projects that create tangible business impact. Supported by experienced leaders and structured development opportunities, participants will strengthen their technical and leadership capabilities while discovering the career path that best matches their potential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major, preferably Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply
• GPA min. 3.30
• Demonstrate proven leadership experience through organizational, academic, or extracurricular activities
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon or Head Office Jakarta.
